POPTABIST is a collection project dedicated to documenting soda pop tabs from around the world. Our services include:

• Displaying a gallery of collected pop tabs
• Accepting user submissions of pop tab photos and information
• Providing email newsletter updates about new tab finds
• Managing tab bounty requests

3. User Submissions

3.1 Submission Requirements

When submitting photos or information about pop tabs, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to submit the photos you upload
• Your submissions do not violate any third-party rights
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Your submissions do not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content

3.2 License Grant

By submitting content to POPTABIST, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your submissions for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site and our collection project.

3.3 Attribution

We may display your name (as provided in your submission) alongside your submitted content. If you wish to remain anonymous, please indicate this in your submission.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of POPTABIST™ or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Trademark

POPTABIST™ is a trademark. The tagline "#FindEveryTab" is associated with our brand. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

4.3 User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the photos they submit, subject to the license granted to us under Section 3.2.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the Site
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit spam or unsolicited communications

6. Email Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive:

• Information about tab bounties
• Occasional announcements about the POPTABIST project

We are not obligated to publish every submission we receive.

9. Tab Bounties

If we offer rewards or bounties for specific tab submissions:

• Bounty terms will be specified on the bounty page
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel bounties at any time
• Payment of bounties is at our sole discretion
• Multiple submissions of the same tab may not all qualify for bounty payment

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Information on the Site is accurate or complete

• Your submissions to the Site
